Going offline eliminates 90% or so of my stuttering, so huge improvement. It's pathetic considering my specs though. If I run everything maxed however, and lock it at 30 FPS, it's great 95% of the time. The only way I've been able to improve it, is by turning down the resolution sampling from 1 which is 100% 1920x1080p down to 0.7 aka 70%, so it looks more voxel like kinda like Minecraft lol, but it runs way better. I don't have a super PC, but I whether I play on medium or ultra, my performance is almost literally the same. I upgraded my PC, and somehow this game runs worse than it did years ago when it first came out.
